Retail Manager Switzerland (W/M)

What do we expect from you?

The Retail Manager is in charge of supervising commercial operations, consolidating and developing Retail activities within his/her scope. (S)he reports to the Swiss Market Director.

 

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Boutiques management & environment

  • Lead the business development, monitor performance and design action plans.
  • Manage and support the deployment of retail projects.
  • Oversee store operations activities.

 

Client Experience

  • Ensure excellence in customer service & supervise CRM actions.

 

Engages, develops and leads a diverse team

  • Guarantee an optimal organization of the shops, recruit the right HR skills
  • Define and implement training programs with the local trade trainer
  • Evaluate performance and develop people's potential, federate and retain talent.

 

Monitor

  • Set sales targets, track sales forecasts, contribute to the annual plan, business reviews
  • Provide qualitative analysis of results and KPIs
  • Sales objectives, key elements of the P&L, and budget of the stores
