Operations & Distribution Assistant Europe (w/m) - 6 months' contract

Temporary contract based in Geneva, to be filled as soon as possible.

What do we expect from you?

Within the Operations Department of the Europe & CIS Region, the Operations & Distribution Assistant works daily with the region's boutiques on all matters related to stocks. He/she works with the Supply Chain team, the regional Retail and Marketing teams, and the local teams in each country.

Your main missions :

Enter & follow-up on orders into the systems.
Respond to stock availability requests.
Provide visibility on orders' status & timelines.
Challenge central teams on deadlines.
Track order portfolios.
Check stock availability, alert in stock shortages cases.
Prepare boutique openings and events.
Be the backup of the European Operations & Distribution team on stock-related topics.
