What do we expect from you?

As part of the Switzerland Retail team, the CRM & Customer Service Project Manager will be responsible for rolling out in the Switzerland boutiques the CRM strategy and tools.

He/She will support the sales team in developing their client activities and sales through dedicated CRM plan adapted to each boutique priorities and client’s profiles.


In this role you will be in charge of:

  • Managing the CRM & Customer Service strategy and tools developed by EUR/CIS region and HQ in all Switzerland boutiques in order to maximize client’s loyalty, recruitment, and achieve optimal profitability.
  • Supporting Switzerland sales teams in developing their client’s activities and sales through dedicated CRM plans.
  • Monitoring all CRM & Customer Service activities, and be the main point contact regarding the market’s needs.
