WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS?

Within the E-Business Team, reporting to the CRC International Manager, the project manager will strongly support the Client Relations Center (CRC) business performance. You will initiate, manage, and coordinate relevant initiatives to enrich the client experience with a focus on engagement/conversion in collaboration with Client Teams.

In order to influence multiple stakeholders to create a better commercial performance, you will provide clear performance analysis and gather a clear understanding of client behaviors. You need to infuse a culture of continuous improvement, agility and collaboration.

Finally, to support and ensure the regions needs, you will collaborate with Retail Expertise & Marketing on a Global CRC training path: product knowledge, remote interactions with clients, Maison sales ceremonials…
