WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS? 

Within the E-Business Team, reporting to the CRC International Manager, you will be the point of contact between the Maison, the Customer Relationship Centers and the Integration Team for rollout projects. Also, you’ll be the key contact of our Ambassador’s Team regarding CRC systems & process.

 

Firstly, you will ensure and monitor the System tools integration locally and drive change management until and after go-live to maximize users adoption. In parallel, you’ll ensure that Maison’s requirements are met at the Group level. You’ll monitor development, track progress and manage watchpoints.

 

Also, you’ll be responsible for CRC analytics performance. You’ll provide call/mail/chat performance feedback & trend data to the CRC manager/regions and monitor the improvement result. You’ll contribute to identify areas improvements in quality of service, needs regarding training for CRC staff and propose actions plans.

 

Finally, you’ll be in charge of CRC quality process: ensure that all information is properly centralized, assimilated and used by the CRC Ambassadors community.
