Do you have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive career experience in the luxury industry?

Are you team development and management oriented?

You have strong leadership & customer service skills!

You used to work in a fast-paced retail boutique environment!

You have excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal communication skills!

Are you Client Experience & Service oriented?

You have excellent communication skills in German and English!

What do we expect from you?

You support the Boutique Manager in his/her duties by building customer loyalty and leading/developing the sales team in order to optimize and increase turnover and ensure the profitability of the store. In the absence of the Boutique Manager, you are the operational and managerial relay to the team.

 

Your main missions on daily basis:

Sale: you will develop turnover by selling and building customer loyalty, ensure compliance with business practices.

Management: you will manage the team in support of the Boutique Manager to ensure the smooth running of the store and achieve the objectives.

Administrative: you will be in charge of the financial, administrative and audit management of the boutique.
