This position requires to speak German &  English fluent!

What do we expect from you?

Your main tasks will focus on:

- Manage Customer Service flows to/from the store (sending, receiving, repairing to/from the platform or subcontractors)

- Administration and management of stocks from the reception of stocks to the inventory

- Follow-up and preparation of omnichannel orders

- Support for the organization of events

- Responsible for the training of the commercial team

- Perform operational activities/back office tasks in the store

This position, based in our boutique of Frankfurt and report to the Boutique Manager.
