What do we expect from you?

 

Working closely with the Store Design and Planning Manager,  you will ensure the quality of the boutiques network, control its maintenance and participates on the implementation of new projects.

 

You work on new project briefs including positioning, architectural characteristics, zoning, merchandising orientation as well as back office and security orientation, in co-ordination with the Store Design and Planning Manager.

 

You will analyze architectural information, complete retro-planning and manage changes in the projects. You will also supervise construction projects and benchmark materials, vendors and contractors.

 

You will ensure that the maintenance of the boutiques meets the quality standards required and that they remain operational in terms of security & sales.

 

You will manage all construction and maintenance responsibilities and budgets for existing store network.

 

You will develop a pipeline of maintenance suppliers all over the regions and train boutique staff on proper boutique fixture & materials use and maintenance.

 

You will plan and monitor order passage files of all concept materials and create a reserve stock per boutique dedicated to Maintenance.

 

You will establish strong relationship and liaison with central SDP ensuring consistent communication and coordination between all external and internal stakeholders for Maintenance, new openings, renovations and temporary projects.

 

You will be responsible for ensuring implementation of Maintenance reporting process.

 

You will be the Ambassador of Maison at all the levels!
