HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

As Boutique Sales Admin, you will be supporting with all the operations and administrative tasks of the boutique and support with hosting clients and driving sales when necessary. With the mission to manage stock and boutique processes you will make a significant contribution to ensure flawless operations and commercial activities and ultimate customer satisfaction.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

Customer Services

  • Manage the CS flows to/from the boutique (send, receive repair to/from the platform or the subcontractors)
  • Follow up cost estimates with Sales Associates (acceptance, modification, return unrepaired)
  • Control all repairs (visual check) at reception
  • Be the point of contact for the platform / workshop
  • Perform CS activities allowed in the boutique
  • Manage spare parts & accessories (inventories, stock control, replenishment)

 

Client experience & In store journey

  • Provide support to the sales team
  • Welcome client and ease their

 

Team development

  • Develop personal knowledge & skills through self-training, group trainings and LMS Tests
  • Raise awareness on back-office activities among the sales team & train her/his backup
  • Contribute to positive team spirit & actively participate in the day-to-day boutique life

 

Operations

  • Manage the stock including transferring pieces, stock counts, handle HJ pieces, follow up on pieces’ movements within the boutique
  • Contribute to document management
  • Handle relationship with external third-parties
  • Manage cash & bill procedures
  • Provide activity reports
  • order consumables
  • Follow up and prepare omni-channel orders
  • Take over digital tools topics when Deputy Boutique Manager
  • Ensure the back office area is properly set up
  • update price tags if needed
  • ensure good practices on product storage and manipulation
