Are you a good match?

Do you have at least 5 years' experience in project management, ideally in Luxury or Hospitality environment?

Do you have Retail Experience?
Are you client centric? fluent in English?
Do you have strong organizational and interpersonal skills?
Are you familiar with building complete training programs, from start to end, using your creativity to produce impactful content?

What are our expectations?

As part of the Retail Department and reporting into the Retail Expertise Manager, you will be responsible for the development of Training programs designed specifically for Managers, to guarantee the level of retail excellence in line with Maison Retail strategy and business development.

 

In a context of strong growth, you will collaborate with all relevant stakeholders within the Maison, or within the Richemont group, as a strong business partner. You will also be a key actor in accompanying local trainers.

 

You will monitor closely the programs performance, challenge & enrich them considering managers needs and business expectations.
