Are you a good match?

You have an experience in administrative with great organization skills and dynamic team player. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously, proactive, solution-oriented and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint is essential while having luxury retail experience will be a plus.

 

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to Client Development Manager. This role supports both Retail Team within Thailand from supporting the Retail Operations and Client Development teams within an office environment, helping to ensure efficient processing and ensuring that the highest level of client experience is delivered in Thailand. He / She will also support in roll out of new retail projects across all departments, i.e., retail operations, client development. In this function you will:

  • Coordinate all the relevant stakeholders on each Boutiques opening projects.
  • Support tools deployment in our boutiques and provide support to the teams locally
  • Work with Retail Operations Manager and Boutique BOH teams on all topics impacting operations & processes i.e: PLV, F&B and printing materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the boutiques, other departments, vendors on Client Development topics. i.e. In-Boutique activation, clients’ gifting campaigns.
  • Support in the development and roll-out of the Client Experience Guidelines and Tools in all the Boutiques in respecting Maison’s guidelines.
  • Administration tasks such as vendor creation / extension, raise PO, invoice processing, reporting and coordinating general office operations
  • Coordination of team calendar and meeting planning
