The Client Relations Centre Ambassador is the voice of Van Cleef & Arpels for our clients, as they build and maintains strong relationships with them. While advising via phone and web based channels, you are responsible for upholding excellent level of client support and developing sales.

 

Aside from being the expert advisor for our clients in both German & English, you will apply your commercial sense to identify sales opportunities, develop your client portfolio, maintain the interest and engagement of your clients at the highest level. As a specialist of the Maison, you will deliver expert knowledge on the products and Maison, while providing the highest quality of service and client satisfaction.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Advising, Selling & Clienteling
•    Handle all inbound calls, e-mails & social media messages and greet all clients in a timely, professional and engaging manner 
•    Process orders initiated by phone; this will involve a great deal of data entry in the CRC systems
•    Display strong selling and negotiating skills; overcome objections and ask probing questions to close sales
•    Drive sales through the Maison’s expected targets
•    Be a role model regarding the Maison selling ceremony
•    Develop personal client portfolios to ensure client loyalty and long term relationships
•    Seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the Maison
•    Follow-up client satisfaction barometer KPIs and answer to your clients following their questionnaire feedback
 
Maison identity & expertise
•    Know the Maison products, History and events calendar to convey storytelling to your clients
•    Know the Maison e-Retail procedures (selling, customer services, return & exchanges, delivery)
•    Be a referent for High Jewellery, Jewellery & Watchmaking Know-How
•    Be proactive in building strong synergies and collaboration with internal networks to offer seamless experience to our clients

 

YOUR PROFILE
If you are commercially minded with a strong client centric approach, pride yourself in providing the best quality of service and support, we invite you to join us as our Van Cleef & Arpels Client Relations Centre Ambassador. Your background in client support and services, hospitality and/ or luxury retail, will provide a good basis to grow your client management and sales skills. 

To be successful, you know your market, and have a strong command of the German and English languages, with communication skills that are superb and represent the quality that Van Cleef & Arpels personify. As a good team player, you are flexible, positive, dedicated and a multitask wizard.
 
You must be able to demonstrate the following key capabilities:
•    Proficient Written and verbal communication skills in German and in English (additional European languages are appreciated)
•    Excellent understanding of client services and/ or luxury retail and advanced solutions-orientated
•    Commercially driven and sales-oriented 
•    Advanced computer literacy and Keyboarding skills of at least 50wpm
•    Strong Team Player enhancing work processes, tools and Maison’s key values
•    Eager to learn new competencies, capabilities and knowledge
