What are our expectations? 


Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implement client programs. You will be in charge for analyzing the overall value and performance of those client programs to adapt them accordingly.

You will participate in the definition of a consistent global CRM activation plan to acquire, engage, and retain clients. Furthermore, you will define the customer journeys and related programs in collaboration with Client Insights, Marketing and Media teams.
