YOUR MISSION:

Sharing our passion for Belle Haute Horlogerie
-
Exceeding monthly and yearly sales targets as per brands’ objectives (products mix etc.)
-
Building strong and lasting relationships with our local and international clients
-
Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by constantly going “above and beyond”
-
Supporting vigorously all Boutique activities (incl. events and clients entertainment)
-
Contributing to the general administration of the Boutique in daily operations (e.g. After Sales Service, clients’ follow-up, guarantee activation, stock handling, reportings etc.)

Representing the Maison and its values inside and outside the Boutique
YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE IF:

THE REQUIRED TALENTS WE SEARCH FOR:

You are action oriented, assertive in negotiation and willing to close the deal

You hold a very good general education and sense for local and international etiquette

You have proven success and experience in luxury retail or hospitality

You are an excellent communicator, able to develop a local and international clientele by constantly nurturing relationships

You are organized and familiar with MS Office

You speak Swiss German and English (a third language is a strong plus)
