 HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

Reporting to the Vacheron Constantin Boutique Director (BD), the Deputy Boutique Director (DBD) assists the BD in daily operations, ensures superior customer service, contributes to feed a solid customer database and supports team development while adhering to Vacheron Constantin policies and procedures.

 

  • Assist the Boutique Director to achieve monthly and yearly Boutique turnover in the light of KPI targets set by the management/brand
  • Demonstrate leadership and support Boutique Director in driving & monitoring business

  • Is responsible for the overall training of Sales Associates and reviews their performance when delegated by BD (team coaching, one to one)

  • In the absence of BD, is responsible for setting milestone goals for all Sales Associate and motivates them on a daily basis to reach objectives

  • Holds briefings to insure consistent communication and information level

  • Ensure the Boutique delivers a flawless and personalised experience to clients

  • Upholds company’s customer service standards

  • Is responsible for developing the customer database while acting as a business enabler for the boutique team to grow and engage with clients database

  • Proposes local events and develops external relationships to ensure maximal exposure (incl. networking activities).

  • Completes daily and monthly reporting

  • Reviews stock levels and communicates product needs if necessary

  • Shadows BTQ Director in daily activities and ensures operational continuity (daily operations, reporting, shipments, repairs, security)

  • Insures team understanding and adherence to company policies and procedures

  • Insures that all visual directives are respected and executed (cleanness, merchandising, team grooming)

  • Represents the Brand inside and outside of the Boutique

  • Insures communication with platform management when necessary

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

  • Solid experience in Luxury Goods Retail with at least 5-8 years’ experience

  • Result and action oriented, with entrepreneurial skills

  • Very good general education, sense for etiquette and presentation

  • Very strong interpersonal competences and ability to interact with international clientele

  • Very good organisational skills, at ease with performance management and analytical tools

  • Excellent communicator, able to develop a network

  • Fluent in German and English, a third language is a strong plus

  • Flexibility towards working hours
