-    Drive, develop, coordinate, and conduct training projects and programs for all the staff of company (with a special focus on retail teams) & key specialists partners.
-    Provide consultancy to boutique managers to improve retail performance, follow up on actions and keeping training records and reports 
-    Support Training Manager in training activities, onsite training organization and training program development and training delivery.

TITLE: Trainer
REPORTING TO: Training Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: you will be successful
1.    Training content creation & live animation 
•    Prepare and deliver brand introduction training and basic selling routine training for newcomers
•    Communicate with MKT team regularly to update induction day training materials, including PPT, video etc.
•    Prepare and deliver regular product training for both Internal Boutiques and External Boutiques
•    Support New Store Opening training, Les Cabinotiers training and other training iniatives etc.
•    Assist in the coordination of Mystery Shoppers Program with other key departments and follow up with Area Managers / Boutique managers on key action plans 
•    Observe and assist boutique managers and boutique trainers to achieve monthly training targets with key action plans
•    Visit Boutiques regularly when appropriate with appropriate area / account managers to assess skills and needs with an aim to ensure at least visit 1 Internal Boutique and 1 External Boutique per month.
•    Participate and support in projects like Wholesale Seminar / Retail Seminar / Local Rising Stars training and other related iniatives driven by the company 
2.    Sales speech design    
•    Drive Storytelling content development m training and delivery 
•    Share Boutique Best Practices amongst sales associates across IB and EB 
•    Train on key competitor snapshot based on HQ’s materials and commercial needs covering USP, brand history, relative strength / weakness and products.
•    Plan, drive and deliver VC Refresher training initiatives every quarter 
3.    Training planning and administration 
•    Plan and implement Internal Boutiques & External Boutiques annual calendar
•    Drive VC local E-learning platform, and support HQ E-learning training platform execution, including materials translation
•    Drive all key training materials and manuals covering translation and production
•    Follow up with all training purchase orders and payments 
•    Monthly training report for different parties, HQ, Commercial team etc.
•    Support training manager according to the specific requirements and needs of the business 


•    Bachelor Degree or above
•    Minimum 5 years working experience in luxury retail with high sensitivity to service 
•    Passionate for training, proven group animation / field training experience 
•    Passionate about watches
•    Strong in cross functional communication and work 
•    Adaptable to change and uncertainty with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced, start-up, and multicultural environment
•    Highly self-motivated, analytical, logical thinking, result oriented-hard worker, with sharp attention to detail
•    Be open-minded and flexible in terms of responsibilities. 
•    Ideally familiar with E-learning platforms / blended learning programs
•    Frequent travel is required within Mainland China
•    Good computer skill such as Office software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
•    Excellent communication skills and relationship management skills 
•    Skilled in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
