MISSION: Implement the China Digital Marketing and Social Media strategy to support communication, commercial and client relations.

OFFICE LOCATION: Shanghai, China

REPORTING TO: Digital Solution Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Social Media: 65%

The Senior Digital Executive will support Digital Solution Manager to develop clear yearly digital strategy and innovative viral marketing actions to align with the HQ Guidelines yet adapting to local market sensitivities and relevance:

 

  • Coordinate between social agency and internal key stake holders to ensure timely social media posting in Vacheron standard.
  • Write and/or review/approve content in English and Simplified Chinese demonstrating the ability to write professionally for varied audiences and consistently meet tight deadlines
  • Maintain daily activities to influence customer behavior across new media channels, analyzing client-initiated conversations and advise appropriate marketing activities
  • Take the lead to source, develop and manage content for all designated social media outlets
  • Research new digital channels for relevance/trend identification
  • Formulate reports for internal review and alignment meetings
  • Drive the social media strategy on brand’s own social media channel and third party social media sites on occasion of campaign, and formulate post-campaign reporting.
  • Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategy.  

 

  1. E-BUSINESS OPERATION 25%
  • Facilitate Digital Solution Manager to communicate with agencies to optimize the daily operation of E-boutique.
  • Monitor the agency’s delivery quality of store layout, visual design and PDP editing, etc.

 

  1. DATA ANALYTICS: 10%
  • Set objectives and monitor results using industry benchmarks
  • Produce reports and offer actionable recommendations to maximize social performance, brand visibility, fan base, share of voice

 

PROFILE:

  • Minimum University Degree in communications, marketing, graphics, web development, advertising or IT
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing /community / social media role
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (Spoken & Written)
  • Experience with social media KOL in luxury, lifestyle and fashion industry
  • Demonstrates solid understanding of the online universe, Weibo, Wechat, Red, Zhihu, Douyin, etc
  • Internet & Trendy Savvy
  • Finger on the pulse & willingness to go beyond
  • Team player, at ease with transversal and multi-sites organization
  • Be curious about the new digital channels and tactics. Pick up new knowledge and skills quickly.
  • Strong focus on execution & rigorous implementation
  • Be open-minded and flexible in terms of responsibilities.
