Retail Sales Coach

Main Purpose

The purpose of this position is to deliver field coach programs in retail boutiques, especially in internal boutiques, in order to ensure the highest level of boutique experience, reflecting brand values, efficient selling skills and memorable client-centric services.

 

Key responsibilities

Sales team coaching

    • Supports new boutique openings, ensures the new staffs’ quality standards in terms of selling skills (structure, ability to adapt to clients & create a memorable experience, daring spirit), product argumentation and overall service  
    • Actively listens, observes and develops the trained sales associates selling potential in real life and role plays
    • Analyses and debriefs with boutique managers and in-store trained teams, identifies clear axes of improvement
    • Draws up individual action plans for the boutiques teams
    • Provides the feedback after each field coaching
    • Regularly monitors the Mystery Shopping results and provides pragmatic & creative recommendations for the teams to improve

In-class training (plus skill)

    • Delivers the selling ceremony training based on HQ’s standard and local actual situation
    • Contributes to growing local “Grand Vendeurs” skills

 

Qualifications

  • Bacheor degree and above
  • Minimum 5 years’ fied coach or training experience in luxury industry
  • Good in MS office software
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese skills (written, spoken), fluent in English skill will be a plus
  • Be open to trave at least 50% of the time

 

COMPETENCY REQUIRED: 

  • Show excellent presentation & teaching skills (one-to-one & when driving a group / writing & speaking)
  • Show team spirit & leadership; be empathetic but sharp;
  • Be curious, open-minded, with a strong positive mindset, motivated to always keep on learning and sharing
  • Be patient, organized, detail oriented, have good follow-up skills
  • A coaching certification would be a real plus
