Job Description


MISSION: This position is responsible for the day to day operation of Vacheron Constantin E-boutiques (incl. Phone Sales, WeBtq, Tmall PFS, OFS and potentially e-specialists) to meet the objectives of ECOM and OMNI channel. Work conjointly with Merchandising, Commercial, CRM, Comm and other teams to ensure the success of e-business activities. Hole the accountability of Ebiz sales and P&L.




Key responsibilities

  1. Commercial ownership
  • Build E-Business strategy, Campaign Calendar, and product assortment planning, so as to reach sales target and ensure full alignment with Maison HQ and Group’s requests.
  • Actively pitch Alibaba free resources for boutique sales target and overall performance.
  • Responsible for all VC EBIZ boutiques image and visual standard to meet Maison requirements. Including but not limit to daily product and paid ads visual updates.  
  • Recruit and build the online customer database, in collaboration with CRM team. Plan and execute VAC ECOM clients’ journey with Maison both online and offline.
  • Realize synergies with offline-to-online business, by defining and implementing processes to improve the customer experience.
  • Monitor and report local e-commerce activities (trends, e- retailer activities), and communicate with HQ and local team when appropriate.
  • Manage local E-Business KPI for traffic, sales, and customer interaction.


  1. E-Business Operations
  • Monthly reporting of the E-Business activities and CRC performance to the senior management, and related teams.  
  • Consolidate all E Biz Data insights and support data analysis to better understand clients and prospects to drive re targeted actions, and timely share with teams.
  • Ensure that all local requirements meet Maison standard in terms of user experience, packaging, logistics services, etc.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and marketing communications team to develop and manage e-merchandizing and product presentation on website.
  • Validate operation proposal regarding E-Business in collaboration with Richemont local E-Business and support functions (Logistics & warehouse, IT, Finance)
  • Ensure the stable E-Business functionalities in all the operational processes.
  • Manage the Tmall Partner to ensure the optimized result of all business KPI of Tmall PFS.
  • Maintain the healthy interaction and relationship with Alibaba for business growth and consumer insights.




Required skill set and competences

  • 5 years+ experience in E-Business – ideally brand online shop / ECOM Platform, from cosmetic, fashion, hospitality, automobile industry, with strong commercial acumen and P&L experience
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, results driven.
  • IT literacy, understanding of web technologies, content management system, social media, mobile tools
  • Strong in general digital analytics with a focus on data analysais and insights to drive business
  • Knowledgeable of E-Business models, trends, competitive landscape and digital customer experience
  • Committed, passionate, hands on
  • Good communicator, proficiency in English
  • Highly innovative, productive and efficient with excellent time-management skills
