MAIN PURPOSE

Responsible to manage and develop the performance of Retail network and in charge of boutique operations co-operating with retail executive for Retail business development and its solid growth

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

1. Boutique Operations Management

  • Implement and Monitor group and brand guidelines observed by boutique coordinating with Richemont ICS and Security Teams
  • Monitor BTQs to adapt operation policies in line with HQ’s guidelines
  • Support commercial team for all operational tasks
  • Conduct and supervise the daily administrative support for the retail boutique
  • Prepare and manage retail projects: BTQ opening, closing, renovation
  • Coordinate the BTQ maintenance and construction with related regional teams and external contractors
  • Interact regularly with boutique managers and staff to identify their needs and suggesting proactively recommendations for improvement

 

2. Sales Management

  • Plan with commercial director to set boutique manager objectives and strategy to achieve commercial target and KPI
  • Analysis of sales staff’s individual performance and plan a short/long term staffing strategy
  • Work closely with merchandising team to ensure proper stock supply to the boutiques and monitoring stock situation
  • Develop BTQ action plans to boost sales trends by communicating with each boutique
  • Monitor and report sales trends and competitors’ activities

 

3. Team management

  • Recruit boutique staff and plan proper staff deployment
  • Manage HR issues for boutique staff and report to HR on a monthly basis
  • Involve in developing welfare with Richemont HR team
  • Ensure talent retention and set actions for staff development

 

 

4. Budget management

  • Control monthly boutique expenses and coordinate with Richemont finance team
  • Yearly operational budget planning
  • SAP PO management

 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS :
 

  • At least 10 years of working experience in retail operations with luxury business awareness
  • Strong in Multi-tasking / Well-organized
  • Customer focus & Good communication
  • Client & Service oriented and eager to be on the field, interaction with staff and partners
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with a strong team spirit
  • SAP preferred, Excel and PPT skill is must
  • Problem solving and process management skills
  • Professional proficiency of English language in written and verbal
