YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL BY:

 

 

Leading Retail

Manage the sales, teams, performance and operations of the retail network ( Internal and External boutiques, E-com )

 

  • Set the commercial target and strategy to achieve the goals in terms of qualitative and quantitative aspects
  • Drive the achievement of annual sales target by implementing action plans, motivating teams, managing stock proactively and elevating client experience
  • Lead boutique HR topics ( recruiting , performance journey, boutique organization ) and liaise with local as well as HQ HR
  • Design optimal commission scheme for boutique teams to be motivated and regularly review the efficiency
  • Manage retail performance analysis with boutique managers
  • Lead stock management with planning, scarcity allocation based on HQ’s merchandising guidelines and follow up of special request
  • Analyze stock status in aspects of productivity as well as efficiency and make sure its condition and maintenance
  • Ensure Boutiques’ utmost client experience as per maison’s guidelines and in line with industry’s highest standards by enhancing team leadership, staff training, monitoring, mystery shopping and etc.
  • By working closely with CRM team, initiate activities to acquire new clients and nurture existing clientele to develop brand loyalty
  • Ensure that boutique staff is properly using customer database: thorough client data recording and sales information to guarantee follow-up activities, maximise sales opportunities and build loyalty (return clients), in full compliance with data protection regulation and Group guidelines
  • Ensure qualitative After Sales execution in order to guarantee excellent customer service standard
  • Make sure Group and Maison guidelines ( Compliance, Financial guidelines, Securities and etc.) are well understood and put in place across all team members
  • Plan and control boutique S&D cost
  • Ensure to maximize efficiency of boutique operational work process and monitor the implementation of sales supporting tools and yearly order for those
  • Monitor the department store transaction and monthly reconciliation
  • Monitor and stay informed on actions and plans of the competition
  • Lead SDP for opening or renovation, and supervise general contractor to implement the projects, and manage the CAPEX
  • Coordinate with HQ or local legal division for review of contract or agreement with partners
  • Coordinate with Marketing to build brand equity through retail and drive sales opportunities
  • Act as a facilitator between Korea Office, Boutiques and HQ Retail Department
  • Act as a brand ambassador during brand / Boutique events and meetings

 

 

Managing Wholesale

  • Drive the achievement of annual sales target by delivering the expected sell-in, sell-out, stock management
  • Support retailers to realize their full sell-out potential : annual action plan, merchandising, special allocations, training, incentives
  • Manage the analysis of stock, sell-in and sell-out to create proper sales forecasting and adequate action plans, support local and HQ management with performance reports and insights
  • Organize and conduct regular training sessions for retailer’s staff

 

 

Developing Your Team

  • Build high performing teams: Attract people with a winning attitude to succeed; develop and drive individual and team performance through an open feedback culture. Responsible for identifying top and rising talents and developing them in collaboration with HR and HQ.
  • Provide leadership and direction for the teams ensuring they have clarity and are enabled to successfully drive and support the overall company direction.
  • Set individual objectives and KPI’s, provide guidance and conduct regular appraisals of team members, ensuring the proper development of personnel and supporting the growth of talents

 

ABOUT YOU :

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • You have 15 years of relevant experience, both in Marketing or Sales with international exposure
  • You have experience or strong interest in the Luxury market & the Digital ecosystem
  • You demonstrate solid analytical and organization skills, excellent project management, reporting skills and problem solving
  • You demonstrate excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with a strong team spirit
  • You are agile, flexible and have a passion on new ideas
  • You are entrepreneur
  • You have the ability to be ‘hands on’
  • You are client oriented and eager to be on the field, interacting with clients and partners
  • You speak English fluently
