  • Assess our supply chain, as part of our product compliance, ESG performance and traceability?
  • Advise departments on their risk assessment activities and the solutions to be implemented in response?

 

If so, we would like to present you the opportunity to join our HQ Geneva-based team as a Risk, Compliance & Non-Financial Reporting Specialist

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

Product Compliance and Masterdata Management

  • Establish and deploy the Product and Trade Compliance strategy for the Maison based on Group’s approach by deploying policies, training the different departments in charge of product development (watches and point-of-sales material) and assessing the implementation.
  • Act as a back-up of our Brand Masterdata Manager, to guarantee that masterdata of our products are complete and accurate and that our products can be distributed all around the world.

 

Suppliers’ Compliance

  • Manage the Due Diligence of suppliers, during their onboarding for new suppliers and as part of our continuous improvement process.
  • Assess the suppliers as part of the tendering process from a compliance and ESG performance perspective.
  • Lead the monitoring of the Supplier Code of Conduct acknowledgment together with purchasing and operational departments and advise suppliers on their request when they face issues.
  • Validate the new suppliers and the related masterdata changes.

 

ESG

  • Monitor the Due Diligence process of our suppliers related to the RJC (Responsible Jewellry Council) COP (Code of Practices) and COC (Chain of Custody) certification audits.
  • Structure a proactive approach and report ESG data as part of our ESG non-financial reporting, in particular on the Carbon Footprint calculation for the scope 3.

 

Risk Management

  • When required, contribute to other Risk Management department activities or projects.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree Engineering or Economics, Finance or Management.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in audit or consulting industry and/or in a supply chain function, and/or in a purchasing function.
  • Proven track record of managing complex and cross-functional projects in a matrix organization with sound project & management skills.
  • Significant experience in an industrial environment.
  • Articulated and effective communicator with good analytical skills, methodology, reliability and at ease with numbers.
  • Fluency in spoken and written in French and English.
  • Resilient and comfortable taking ownership.
  • Ability to build valuable stakeholder relationships.
  • Excel has no secret for you and knowledge of SAP FI/CO is a great plus.
