HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Our purchasing department is looking for a new Buyer who will be in charge of indirect categories purchase such as POSM, packaging, windows animation, edition and PR.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Request for quotations management: supplier selection, prices, logistics and quality conditions negotiation. Agreement’s definition and validation.
- Cost avoidance proposals and TCO approach
- Define, implement, and communicate sourcing strategies for each category
- Develop partnership with key service providers
- Supplier evaluation and continuous performance management
- Identify and carry out cost optimization through a close collaboration with suppliers and with internal teams
- Ensure that all the purchases are sourced in line with the Group compliance rules
- Contribute to the development of the purchasing process, procedures, and maintenance of KPI’s within the purchasing department
- Manage packaging supply
- Effective communication with colleagues and business partners
Requirements
- Awareness of sourcing strategy concepts, supplier performance evaluation and supplier relationship management
- Good communication skills
- Strong negotiating skills
- Reliability, proactivity, and autonomy
- Excellent team player
- Knowledge of SAP and pack office
- Language skills: French (native speaker), English (fluent: read, written, spoken)
