Are you passionate about sales and watchmaking industry? Would you like to help us to allocate the right watch to the right wrist by providing the right support to the markets to enable them to achieve a controlled growth and ensure that fair allocations rules are applied in the markets?

 

If so, we would like to present you the opportunity to join our HQ Geneva-based team as an Allocation Manager

Reporting to the Head of Business Planning & Analysis and working closely with local market teams, you will have direct impact on daily business operations. In permanent contact with the markets of your area, you are the privileged business contact of an international and HQ multi-functional team.

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

 Ensure allocations of watches to markets

  • Lead the allocation process and manage the sales mix in the markets
  • Arbitrate resource allocation to ensure a fair client treatment
  • Support markets in setting up their local allocation committees
  • Support markets in achieving their sales targets
  • Ensure the application and evolution of allocation policies within markets

 

 

Ensure the evolution and integration of new processes within the HQ

  • Ensure the sizing of new products and the commercial segmentation of the portfolio
  • Contribute strongly to the coordination of product launches within the various departments
  • Listen to markets on HQ improvement points and coordinate the necessary adjustments
  • Lead & support the continuous improvement of the department
  • Continue to smooth upstream and downstream supply chain processes

 

Understanding future product demand

  • Listen to markets to understand trends and opportunities
  • Generate the analyses to anticipate market needs

 

 

PROFILE

 

  • Master’s in Marketing, Sales or Supply Chain
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing, Supply Chain and/or Business development
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and keen eye for detail, Excel & PowerPoint have no secret for you, SAP APO would be a great asset as well as Python programming
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and French
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Client centric, strategic and critical thinking coupled with innovative and creative approach
