The Marketing & Commnications Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all marketing and communications activities in the Americas across all departments, with a special focus in PR, Events and Visual Merchandising. This role will also require some general administration responsibilities.



Founded in 1755, Vacheron Constantin is the world’s oldest watch Manufacture in continuous production for over 265 years, faithfully perpetuating a proud heritage of watchmaking excellence and stylistic sophistication through generations of master artisans.


Within North America and Latin America, the Maison has a network of 6 internal boutiques, 4 external boutiques, and 30+ wholesale partners. 



  • Press Relations: Track press clippings, manage local and HQ reporting requests; maintain an updated editorial list; organize mailings and giftings; support on photo shoots, including creation of loan documents, consignment of timepieces, coordination of pick-ups and returns, and attending select photoshoots as needed
  • Events: Support the coordination of events including, but not limited to; assist with detailed overview and recap presentations, overseeing in-office inventory of display materials, packing and shipping as needed, help maintain on-going events calendar, organize mailings related to events (ie. invitations, press kits, gifts and other printed materials)
  • VM: Support VM with placing display and prop orders for boutique and wholesale locations, assist with visual roll-outs by shipping props for seasonal animations, track shipments from HQ, maintain visibility on display inventory in the US warehouse, update HQ monitoring site
  • Overall: Provide general administrative support to the President of the Americas and the marketing & communications team, i.e. order catering, shipping packages and tracking until delivery, organize executive itineraries including booking travel/accommodations, submit invoices and expenses and monitor payment status, schedule meetings and conference rooms as needed
  • Contribute to the overall goals of the marketing department
  • Provide competitor analysis and research as needed
  • Assist in developing marketing and communications presentations



  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a marketing / communications role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong organization skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong planning and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint required.
  • Knowledge of CONCUR and SAP a plus
  • Ability to travel and work nights/weekends on certain occasions.
