Role Overview

Reporting to the Marketing Director and Snr Media & Communications Manager, the Marketing & Communications Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all marketing and communications functions in the Americas across all departments, in all administrative paperwork as well as logistics. Primary responsibilities of the role will include purchase order management, new vendor onboarding, and overall marketing operational support. This role has a broad exposure to all facets of the marketing function.

 

Responsibilities (or Mission)

  • ADMINISTRATION
    • Management + sourcing form/bid leveling documentation to onboard new vendors in SAP
    • Purchase order raising and invoice tracking
    • Keep budget trackers updated to monitor spend
    • Refresh and maintain Marketing reports weekly, ensuring accuracy
    • Schedule, coordinate and attend meetings
    • Provide competitor analysis and research as needed

 

  • VISUAL MERCHANDISING + STORE PLANNING
    • Create VM orders in SAP to be distributed across the POS network on time
    • Track VM & store planning shipments from HQ and confirm delivery
    • Create recap deck of BTQ window animation photos for HQ and keep organized library
    • Manage distribution of new VM campaign collateral and maintain organized storage or props

 

  • PRESS RELATIONS
    • Manage local and HQ reporting requests
    • Creation of loan documents, consignment of timepieces, coordination of pick-ups and returns
    • Provide support on VIP / Red carpet related projects when needed
  • EVENTS
    • Support in the creation of collateral material such us invitations, menus, etc.
    • Organize mailings related to events (ie. invitations, press kits, gifts and other printed materials)
    • Overseeing in-office inventory of display materials, packing and shipping as needed

 

 

 

Qualifications

•          Detail oriented with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

•          Possess a meticulous eye for detail

•          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•          An innovative thinker who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment

•          Quick learner and team player who is excited to shine

•          Experience with SAP a plus

•          Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds

•          Able to work minimum 4 days per week in the NY office

•          Proficient computer skills with a high level of competence in Microsoft suite, especially EXCEL

 

Richemont offers a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees. Only candidates selected for further consideration will be contacted. Hourly range is between $28.85-$33.65.
