Position Summary
Your mission will be to support the Boutique Manager in creating within the boutique a universe that will deliver a One Of Not Many memorable client experience and a fulfilling employee experience. You will strongly participate to maintain high operational standards and create a strong clienteling approach to drive ambitious and sustainable business results.
Main Responsibilities
Business development:
- Strongly contribute to grow Brand’s reputation and desirability in the market by participating in networking activities outside of the Boutique to recruit client
- Be aware of the local business environment and its impact on our sales, including the commercial activities of competitors
Clienteling:
- In collaboration with the boutique team, drive and monitor all CRM and clienteling initiatives
- Lead by example and develop individual relationships with existing and new clients
- Partnering with Management to develop targeted action plans for existing and new clients while driving the business forward
- Provide exceptional customer service
Boutique performance and operations management:
- Achievement of sales turnover in the Boutiques and achieving his or her own individual sales targets, followed by recommendation of appropriate actions
- Partner with management to support overall operations of boutique
- Ensure daily transactions and proper paperwork are submitted to Corporate Offices on time and with accuracy
- Ensure efficient administrative opening and closing of the boutique in accordance with Brand and group compliance policies
- Inventory management prevent stock losses and ensure integrity and quality of stock
- Ensure the best VM according to company’s global merchandising and visual standards
- Maintain strong partnership with all key internal stakeholders while maintaining all guidelines and expectations
- Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions
Represent Brand identity - Act as a Maison ambassador:
- Act as an Ambassador for the Brand, ensuring the integrity of its image with clients and within the local retail community
- Adhere with Passion to the values and rituals of presentation established by the Maison
Team collaboration:
- Develop a positive, trusting relationship with the team
- Partner with management to identify training needs and coaching opportunities
- Ensure proper understanding and execution of all brand guidelines and procedures among the team
- Ensure the development of key role in the boutique
Candidate Profile
- 6 years of experience in luxury industry with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, ideally from retail
- Fluent local language (Cantonese and Mandarin) and excellent command of the English Language is a plus
- Confident, organized, efficient, good attention to detail, result and action oriented with strong commercial mindset
- Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics, with knowledge & experience of CRM would be a plus
- A team player with excellent inter-personnel skills
- A good communicator, able to multitask, to lead & manage projects on own initiative
- Autonomous with good analytical skills
- IT savvy (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Excel skill a definite plus
