This role based in Munich - Germany and will report to the Central Europe Head of Marketing and Communication based in Geneva - Switzerland.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

EVENTS

  • Responsible for the planning and execution of all events in the Northern Europe region:       
    • Plan, conceive and execute events in line with Maison and market strategy within our Boutique network and Wholesale Partners, with a strong focus on activating our internal store in Munich, in close collaboration with the Boutique team.
    • Develop innovative and impactful local events concepts both to recruit new clients and treat collectors with exclusive experiences and formats, following Headquarters’ guidelines.
    • Be fully in charge of concept and operational implementation including logistic and management of all suppliers involved
    • Ensure the best level of execution in adequation with our Maison image and exclusive High-Watchmaking positioning.
    • Manage and nurture the relationship with our Wholesale Partners and accompany them in the execution of their events, making sure they comply with our Maison guidelines.
    • Be responsible for the coordination of the travel collections across all POS.
    • Deliver comprehensive and highly qualitative pre and post event reports for all events, including ROI and key learnings.

 

VISUAL MERCHANDISING AND TRADE MARKETING

  • Organize production, shipping and implementation follow-up of special decorations / VM material / VM animation (waves) to Boutiques and Wholesale Partners.
  • Coordinate and support all POS on all VM matters and be the main contact person for HQ / suppliers in that regards.
  • Oversee the trade marketing / VM / gifts annual order and management of stock.
  • Oversee bespoke local gifts.

 

CRM COMMUNICATIONS

  • Handle CRM communications for Central Europe, working closely with Headquarters’ CRM team as well as the local Commercial Team:
    • Support the implementation of an enhanced CRM Strategy, in Retail and Wholesale.
    • Coordinate Maison emailing campaigns.
    • Develop special emailing campaigns based on specific needs and activities.
    • Leverage data capture to produce more targeted events and experiences.

 

BUDGET & ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT

  • Manage day-to-day recording of invoices and PO’s in SAP.
  • Monitor the budget with strong accuracy and handle invoices for the above-mentioned areas in SAP.
  • Manage the Events/Trade/VM budget envelope.
  • Update the marketing plan daily and prepare various presentations based on needs.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • High affinity to the luxury segment, enthusiastic for luxury watches.
  • 5-year professional experience in a similar role / in luxury event organization. An existing network of suppliers in the Munich region is a strong plus.
  • Above-average organizational talent, excellent communication skills.
  • High independent working style, flexible and team oriented.
  • High level of self-motivation and reliability.
  • Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, knowledge of French is an advantage. Professional level in German is mandatory. 
  • Ability to manage and follow a budget with accuracy.
  • Solid PowerPoint skills.
  • Confident user of the MS Office package and SAP.
