We are looking for an experienced and engaging Boutique Director, with the key focus on business development with the objective of increasing sales, develop international/local clientele, foster and build client loyalty while levering London as hub for international luxury clients.



Boutique KPIs

  • Establish Old Bond Street as one of the top Vacheron Constantin Boutiques worldwide
  • Deliver a flawless in store journey to clients, before, during and after a sale
  • Managing and ensuring that Store Operations are perfectly followed, to enable the team to perform at their very best on the shop floor


Boutique Management and team leadership:

  • Driving, monitoring and reporting Performance
  • Developing and sharing an in-depth knowledge of the boutique business
  • Providing to the team a strong sense of purpose by inspiring a cohesive team spirit. Training, coaching and motivating them to achieve their individual KPI’s and perform above expectations
  • Act as a business enabler for the boutique team to grow and engage VVIC clients database


Business development:

  • Leverage London’s strategic position in luxury retail to grow Vacheron Constantin’s business
  • Participate in networking activities inside/outside of the Boutique including client events
  • Bring visibility through affinity partnership and network of contacts to boost sales and traffic
  • Lead by example and develop individual relationships with clients and prospects

Retail and Service Excellence

  • Ensure that the “Selling Ceremony” is respected by all team members while delivering a flawless in store journey to clients
  • Acting as an Ambassador for the Brand, ensuring the integrity of its image with clients and within the local retail community (Bond Street and beyond).



  • Solid experience in Luxury Goods Retail with at least 5 years relevant Boutique management experience, preferably in street level boutique
  • Previous experience in managing a team by leading, motivating, training and developing through active management (KPI management)
  • Strong sense of luxury service, aesthetics and proactive approach 
  • Very good interpersonal competences and ability to interact with international clientele. Able to develop a network
  • Very good organisational skills, at ease with performance management and analytical tools
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English and another language is a plus
