Be One Of Not Many

CONTEXT

We are looking for an intern for a 6 months internship starting ASAP, to join our dynamic team!

As part of the Retail Excellence & Operations team, you will support the Central Europe market to monitor operational projects:  Merchandising, Retail solutions & tools, Client Experience, CRM and Customer Service.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Retail operations:

• Take part in the harmonization of services and operations: booklet creation with identification of best practices within the network.
• Support in SAV orders for CH market: straps, bespoke orders, spare parts (Retail and Wholesale).
• Support in CS document ordering process (retail and wholesale) and warranty cards.
• Assist in the supplier’s profiles creation and updates in SAP.
• Update the Retail Newsletter with local information and best practices.

Reportings and analysis :

• Creation of monthly reportings for boutiques (Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Luzern): KPIs, sales and traffic.
• NPS follow-up: share best practices and analysis within the market.
• Support in sales reportings actualization.
• Assist in the creation of data collection reportings: data quality & boutiques teams KPIs.

Specific projects and commercial peak time:

• Assist in the organization of Watches and Wonders 2025: communication with the boutiques and FHH, budget follow-up, key user for the FHH platform.
• Assist in the organization of the annual Retail seminar: budget follow-up, communication with suppliers and the teams, content of the seminar, logistic organization.
• Watches and wonders data collection treatment.

Boutique support:

• Assist, during commercial peak time, the sales advisor by delivering an exceptional experience and unique in-store journey to our clients by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer (sales advisor shadowing).
• Participation in the boutique daily routines (ex. morning brief).
• Assist in the merchandising and maintenance of displays.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? 

• Currently a student with a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent
• Good organizational, administrative and communication skills
• English mandatory, German is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
