Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting the Marketing & Communication Department at Vacheron Constantin Dubai with a focus on the Middle East countries for the period of 6 months. The Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting in the development and coordination of marketing projects that are in the plans for the year, working directly with the Media & PR Manager and the Events & CRM Manager.

 

OVERALL

 

  • Assist the team with the execution of the marketing strategy and plan per market
  • Support both Media & PR Manager and Events & CRM Manager in their projects
  • Deliver professional marketing support to our retailers network
  • Update Middle-East client relation center operational documents & ensuring its regular update on the CRC platform
  • Establish monthly newsletter updates for our wholesale partners in the region

 

MEDIA & ADVERTISING (ONLINE & OFFLINE)

 

  • Ensure production and implementation of advertising campaigns and materials in time according to planning
  • Ensure a cohesive advertising message across media and PR campaigns
  • Coordinate launch of media campaigns with PR, events and CRM activities
  • Monitor campaign implementation and optimize effectiveness of campaigns
  • Establish media reporting documents and information
  • Attend strategy meetings and brainstorm on media buying initiatives and suggestions
  • Browse the social media platforms in the region for continuous news and reporting about the industry and the competition
  • Work closely with the retailers in order to get a maximum of exposure using their social channels

 

TALENTS & INFLUENCERS

 

  • Coordinate and book influencers schedules for special projects
  • Assist in brainstorming for influencers activations
  • Recruit new personalities to be part of the Vacheron Constantin portfolio

 

EVENTS

 

  • Develop creative concepts and tools for events:
    • Regional / Local client events (awareness, recruitment, treatment)
    • Brand activations at Boutiques / Points of Sale
    • Event roadshows (with communication and sales objectives)
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of press and client events in the region (Set-up, coordination with suppliers, coordination with HQ, invitations printing, coordination with agency, etc.)
  • Implementation of modular and scalable tool kits and guidelines from international events concepts
  • Organize manufacture visits for press and clients

 

CRM

 

  • Maintain the client database & assist in the operational CRM: emailing campaigns, thank you cards, gifts, mailing operations etc. 
  • Update Middle-East client relation center (CRC) operational documents & ensure their regular update on the online platform

 

PROFILE

 

  • Current graduate (marketing related degree) from a leading university in the UAE 
  • Excellent command of English 
  • Arabic /French is a plus
  • Good business writing ability skills
  • Good organisation skills
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
  • Demonstrates attention to detail
  • Keen interest in the Luxury industry
