Brand Activation Manager

The quest for excellence, the long search for the right gesture, as well as the development of unique skills are all defining characteristics of the Geneva-based Swiss Maison.

Reporting to the General Manager of Taiwan and with a strong link to the Marketing team in Hong Kong who acts as a hub for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. You will be in charge of dialing up the local brand activation campaigns to boost our brand’s image and promote the launch of new products. You will be in charge to tell the story of our Maison to clients, prospects and the local UHNI audience in a memorable way that connects our unique products with the unique brand experience we offer.

Your activity in more detail can be divided into the following 4 pillars:

  1. Brand Activation Plan (product launches/events/marketing):
    1. According to the global launch calendar create and execute a local activation plan that will meet the needs of the Taiwanese market
    2. Plan and implement the right event formats for in-store/boutique activations
    3. Collaborate with our official partners Lamborghini and Prielli
    4. Manage the gifting strategy and production for specific local needs


  1. Local connector mindset (through the right PR/Communication/Media/Advertising)
    1. Represent the brand externally and establish yourself as the ‘face’ of Roger Dubuis in Taiwan to media and external partners
    2. Increase Brand visibility – develop and execute the right PR, Communication, Media and Advertising strategy
    3. Develop activations and connections to bring qualified traffic in store also with the help of our partners Lamborghini and Pirelli
    4. Measure all relevant PR, Communication, Media KPIs


  1. Go-to-Market Activator (Trade Marketing/VM)
    1. Be up to date and know how to use Trade Marketing tools in collaboration with the Hub marketing team and HQ
    2. Forecast, place and monitor annual PLV and POS orders with HQ
    3. Deliver the right message to the right audience in store with a high sensitivity to product placement


  1. Brand Administration:
    1. Manage and respect the annual marketing and event budget
    2. Analysis of media and event ROI
    3. Follow up on invoices and local vendor creation in SAP


  1. Other Ad-Hoc projects and missions:
    1. Support long-term training roadmap working with HQ and external training agencies.
    2. Seek for local CSR opportunities to implement in our Taiwan subsidiary

  • You have a degree in marketing, hospitality/sales or business management and 5+years’ professional experience
  • You master the codes of luxury and have a large experience in dealing with VVIP clients
  • You have a proven track record organizing unparalleled client experiences
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and can make things happen
  • You are agile and adaptable and know how to operate in an ever-changing environment
  • You are known to be an expert communicator and you speak fluent English and Mandarin, any other languages are of course a plus
  • You are open to travel 30-50% of your time locally and a few times per years when required internationally
