The Grand Vendeur will be responsible for the growth and development of the prestige business in the Australian and SEA regions by implementing strategies to target and acquire Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients. To boost sales, the Grand Vendeur will leverage his/her own network, partner with business introducers and hyper-connect with local communities to promote the Maison and its values. The Grand Vendeur will mainly act outside of the boutique to identify, recruit, and convert new prospects by leveraging digital and physical tools.





  • Achieve business targets, KPI’s and sales in accordance with the brand retail strategy
  • Define and implement the Prestige Business Development strategy
  • Assess local market opportunities to target and acquire new UHNW clients
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the Maison Prestige segment
  • Ensure exceptional levels of customer service and after-sales experience
  • Build long-term sustainable relationships with new and existing clientele to maximise sales opportunities and promote brand loyalty





  • You have minimum 5 years’ experience working in a luxury environment
  • Background in sales, luxury retail, banking, automotive, high-end hospitality or aviation industries (experience within luxury watches and high-end jewellery industries highly desirable)
  • You will be able to leverage your exceptional interpersonal skills, strong selling and negotiation approach, and proactivity to build a strong client base and connect with a range of different business stakeholders

  • Firstly, you will speak with HR to get to know YOU and give you a preview of the team dynamics and company culture
  • Subsequently, you will be meeting with the Country Manager to dive deeper and assess your fit to this role. They will also share further responsibilities and opportunities should you be successful in this position
  • Finally, you could have the chance to meet with some of the Maison’s Key Leaders
