HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • You demonstrate the ability and willingness to make a difference and challenge the status quo
  • Partner with the Boutique Manager in coaching and developing staff effectively to meet Boutique targets whilst maintaining high level of morale
  • To maximize business opportunities through recruitment of new clients, while actively capitalizing on different tools to develop existing or prospective client’s loyalty to the brand
  • Promote a culture of being excellent in customer service and able to build meaningful and sustainable relationships with VIP/HNWI clients are expected.
  • Ensure adequate manpower and support to cover the shop floor operations at all times and maintain high standards of store housekeeping in the boutique
  • Assisting in collating and preparation of various reports which also gives you the exposure to better understand the business

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience ideally within the luxury watch industry, with 2 years of supervisory experience
  • The team respects you because of your positive mindset and inspiring attitude
  • Together with your exceptional communication and presentation skills, you also thrive under pressure and able to demonstrate strong operational abilities to the team
  • Grow the business network, client’s portfolio and build opportunities of new client acquisition.
