MAIN MISSIONS
-    The purpose of this position is to provide back office supports and assistances to all brand operations and in charge of general administration duties. 

    KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
    
Assist Sales/Event Operation (50%)

    Independently be responsible for the business of straps and spare parts in China: collecting weekly orders from all POS, managing the warehouse stock, arrange goods outbound and delivery; making safety stock plan and yearly sales report and outbound analysis;
    Support Sales manager to monitor the existing distributors account, including sell-in, sell-out, merchandising and targeted action plans consolidation and coordination.
    
Assist Trade Marketing (40%)

    Coordinate and follow up with stores on merchandising allocation, stock movement.
    Particularly follow up the sell-in process and sell-out monitoring.
    Responsible for order issue, logistics, customer service throughout distributors & retailers.
    Monthly update the simplified dashboard for stock overview, best sellers, supply status.
    Coordinate with stores and liaison with agents on VM/ POSM implementation and make display guidance.

Provide Secretarial Support to the General Manager (5%)

    Arrange travel plans, i.e., air flights reservation, hotel reservation, visa application, trip expense reports, etc.
    Meeting and conference organization.
    Assist on both internal and external business correspondence/ business reply of all kinds in terms of letters, memo, fax and e mails, etc.

Carry the Administration Duties of the Office (5%)

    Monitor the total China team T&E, S&D spending within the entitled budget limits.
    Follow up with relevant staffs and ensure the required actions are to be executed/ completed within the timeline.
    Office’s equipment, furniture and fixtures, i.e., follow up stationary purchase, etc.
    Security of the office and other HSE duties.

Self-Development
    Enrich the job scope from admin./ logistic support to business manager step by step. Proactively build insights and propose action plan from all kinds of dashboard/ regular updates/ consolidated actions plan.

JOB PROFILE ( FOR RECRUITMENT PURPOSE ONLY)
-    At least university degree. 
-    Fluent Chinese and English speaking and writing.  French as Plus.
-    Excel skill is mandatory.
-    Strong interpersonal skills.
-    Good analytical skills, detail-oriented, good planning and organizing skills with ability to cope with changes.
-    Self-motivated, outgoing.
-    Detail Oriented.
-    Eager to learn.
