MAIN PURPOSE

 

Achieve, Develop and Manage Retail network performances in China

 

KEY RESPONSABILITES

 

 

Achieve China boutiques P&L objectives

  • Define with China MD sales objectives and key elements of P&L (Commission, expenses,…)
  • Monitor Daily Boutique Performances and follow-up of sales: analyze and evaluate product sales results, collect and provide qualitative feedbacks
  • Monthly follow-up of P&L performances (analysis, action plan…)      
  • Control discount to clients (Brand strategy, action plans)    
  • Handle packages (incentives, commissions…) of sales staff   
  • Assortment: handle model stock and management pieces allocation to boutiques, transfer if necessary, monitor the replenishment  
  • Handle exhibitions and boutique sales events

 

Boutique management: provide the prestige environment and level of service

  • Ensure boutique operation’s management according to Maison standards
  • Store Planning support & Ensure smooth opening of new boutiques, supervise product/display material order, visual merchandising, staff recruitment/training and other boutique opening procedures      
  • Boutique environnement: maintain, conduct boutique environnement improvements     
  • Service: propose and conduct service improvements in boutiques  
  • Be warrant of the boutique procedures (inventory, administration, procedures, …)  
  • Build & Maintain good relations with local landlords or Dpt Stores management to increase visibility & sales.
  • Coordinate with Communication/MKT to build brand equity in local to optimize Boutique performance

 

New Retail Management:

  • Implement new retail program, including clientelling tool, wechat work, remote sales,  we boutique sales etc.

 

Team Management: manage the managers, train and animate the sales team

  • Boutique Mystery Shopping Survey and Action Plan           
  • Boutique staff: recruitment, movement and development    
  • Integration and training: coordinate and define training program    
  • Follow all retail team performance and contribute to improve   
  • Boutique support: staff uniforms & grooming, sales tools, boutique equipments…

 

Clients management: conduct CRM actions, bring new traffic     

  • Implement the relational plan, monitor CDB inputting and maintenance process
  • Coordinate customer service in boutique: catalogues, operation procedures, SAV care and follow up…  
  • Propose and conduct action plans for traffic increasing (cross-marketing, partnerships…)   

 

 

 

 

 

 

JOB PROFILE (for recruitment purpose only)

 

Languages

Compulsory: Mandarin & English, fluent proficient capacity

Any other additional language knowledge is a plus.

 

Education & Experience

Holder of higher education degree / Minimum 8 years of experience in Luxury retail environment (preferably watches).

 

Personal skills

Excellent Interpersonal Skills / Natural Lead / Creative / Socially aware / Hands on attitude.
