KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail

Reports:

  1. Monthly reporting
  2. Weekly reporting
  3. Booster follow up and maintenance
  4. Sales and commission report
  5. Attendance report

 

Boutique coordination

  1. Boutique cost and expense management: check boutiques’ expense report, follow up reimbursement, vendor management, follow up invoicing using company systems for applying for payment and tracking
  2. Process Boutiques’ chop request for contracts, agreement or others documents as requested by brand or landlord
  3. Vender creation, PO payment, for retail and boutique related expenses
  4. Boutique PLV management (sales tools, VM tools, packaging materials…)
  5. Ongoing retail administration work, including boutique staff sales code application, boutique staff list update, boutique duty roaster collection…
  6. New boutiques opening project support and follow up with internal and external parties
  7. Keep the boutique’s meeting minutes
  8. Boutique-level routine paperwork and form template optimization to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  9. Boutique opening support (PLV, stationaries, sales tools preparation and new boutique account creation…)
  10. Assist boutique daily operation (boutique discipline, uniform order,)

 

Wholesale:

  1. Deliver weekly routine SOSI report and data analysis
  2. Weekly update dealer stock analysis
  3. Weekly update sell-in monitor report
  4. Weekly update win-win SO report & stock status
  5. Deliver monthly sales comments figures
  6. Regularly update POS assortment
  7. Prepare PPTs for SP meetings, monthly meetings & SIHH CEO meetings…
  8. Quarterly target bonus results report
  9. Monthly update free gift spending status report
  10. Regular update capex master data file
  11. Regular update and filing dealer agreements

 

Others:

  1. Administrative support.

 

 

COMPETENCY REQUIRED:

 

  • Minimum BA degree and above
  • Ability to learn complex procedure and proactive in proposing innovations and improvement
  • Experience in handling sale operation
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • Skills required: Communication Skills, People Skills, Problem Solving, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Managing Processes, Analyzing Information, Developing Standards, and Emphasizing Excellence
