How will you make an impact? 

 

  • Managing Regional Event strategies from concept development, to implementation, to carrying out post event report / follow up - within budget and timing required by Head of MKT
  • Managing Events mkt operations 
  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the event
  • Working closely with Boutiques and Retailers to develop adapted Client strategies, journeys and tools
  • CRM Client Treatments
  • Managing loyalty programs & client acquisition operations: Plans and implements in the regional strategic CRM projects: Goal program, product opportunity list,. Shares results and best practices, Monitors ROI 
  • CRM Key user: managing salesforce database for the region in collaboration with Hq Crm department

 

 

How will you experience success with us? 

 

  • Degree humanistic or economic
  • Very Good level English and Italian, both verbal and written, others languages are a plus
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office programs, especially Power Point and Excel
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (SAP CRM) is a plus
  • Strong planning, multitasking and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly analytical, with ability to generate business insights from analytics related data
  • Problem solving oriented
  • Proactive
