Sales Manager - Roger Dubuis

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our Roger Dubuis team in London.



Sales Management

  • Manages Wholesale account management & Retail boutiques
  • Check and implement the Brand Merchandising on the POS
  • Stock level follow up and implementation of the model stock strategy
  • Motivate, animate the Brands Ambassadors on the POS as well as all the teams in contact with the Brand on the sales floors
  • Visit our partners with the target to boost sell-out in each door
  • Propose to the Brand Manager any potential evolution of the partners network
  • Report weekly the sales activity to the Brand Manager
  • Participate to the elaboration of the Business Plan and to the Budget and LE sales process
  • Is responsible for the performance of the Wholesale activity and Retail network together with the Brand Manager
  • Is in charge of handling the sales administration, answering customers enquiries, prepare monthly reports and arranging for delivery
  • Monitor customer service orders and repairs


Training management 

  • Participate in defining the global training strategy of his market with the Region and HQ HR & Retail.
  • Formulate a Training Plan for all sales teams - responsible for assessing the different development needs of sales staff and accordingly formulating relevant training plans.
  • Delivery of training - responsible for delivering training courses to sales ambassadors.
  • Handle initiatives in creating and adapting programs content with HQ, obtaining appropriate equipment, room set up, timeliness, organizational skills, being prepared for all eventualities, and successfully coming up with creative solutions when issues may arise.
  • Assessment of training result - responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the in terms of sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage training budget - responsible for optimizing the training budget and ensuring a strict respect of the global training budget.



  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Good sales and marketing skills/sense
  • Strong all-round management and organization skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Strong in animating teams and coaching/people management
  • Flexibility and independent working style
  • Experience of using SAP is a benefit
  • Readiness to travel: Region UK, Benelux, Scandinavia
  • Fluent in English, French a plus
