How will you make an impact? 

You will join Roger Dubuis’ Tribe at an exciting time of the Maison’s focus on regional Ultra-High-Net-Worth-Individuals (UHNWI) client development, which is an absolute priority in our strategy for the coming years. To boost sales, you will have to hyper-connect with local communities to promote the Maison and its values.

Our key priority is to further develop domestic clientele, by leveraging her/his own local network and partnering with business introducers to bring new and more business to our boutique. Local clients will be the future of our business, those on which we will build our brand equity, the awareness, and, at the end, our real tribe. The mission is to attract and convert clients beyond the borders of the city and region.

To increase revenue, you will mainly act outside of our boutique to identify, recruit, and convert new prospects by leveraging digital and physical tools.


How will you experience success with us?

You will have a background in sales within banking, luxury retail or high-end hospitality, with a portfolio of contacts and clients coming from any industry within the UK

To stand out as our ideal candidate, you will demonstrate willingness to develop and seek to drive the sales success of Roger Dubuis, now and in the future. Being part of one of the most disruptive and pioneering Maisons in haute horlogerie, we expect you to show this same disruptive spirit.

You will need strong selling techniques to meet ambitious targets. You will do so with your brilliant storytelling, ability to create desirability and strong knowledge of the luxury industry and our competitors.
