MAIN PURPOSE

  • Under the supervision of Managing Director, this position will manage NEA (Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan) supply chain, merchandising, operations, business forecast, reporting, market analysis, business presentation as well as customer service follow up. In addition, the candidate will support commercial operation whenever necessary.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supply Chain

  • Merchandising
    • Define stock policy in accordance to HQ guidelines and market needs, including mthly and end-of year stock target, assortment and pricing
    • Allocations by network (retail & wholesale)
    • Manage stock transfer between subsidiaries, entities, boutiques and network
    • Share with team on mthly, mid-term/short term delivery planning and allocation (in preparation of product launches)
    • Follow up deliveries, urgent & pending orders
    • Stock liquidation action plans (staff sales, stock return to MRD, etc): selection and pricing
    • Ensure efficient communication between HQ and the markets on merchandising related matters
    • Manage accessories orders and deliveries including inventory management to ensure healthy stock and prompt action on end customers order
  • Stock Conditions
    • Ensure both retail and wholesale network with high quality of stock condition up to brand’s standard
    • Conduct stock quality check with relevant departments base on HQ guidelines and market needs

 

Operations

  • Security
    • Ensure full compliance with security guidelines on stock
    • Liaise with Security Team to ensure proper insurance coverage for all merchandize for daily operations, events, outside appointment and etc..
    • Work closely with HQ on all compliance related to stock consignment both for internal staff, business and trade partners.
  • Customer Service
    • Liaise with local and HQ for watch maintenance of both internal and client’s stock
    • Ensure proper customer service support during the process in terms of timeline and watch/ strap condition after CS service
  • Pricing
    • Conduct pricing comparison vs defined country to ensure proper positioning of NEA
    • Review and liaise with HQ for proper price positioning
    • Monitor and implement price adjustment proposed by HQ

 

Business Review & Presentation

  • Report & Analysis
    • Propose and provide regular reports regarding sales, stock, pricing, products , inventory, tourists and clients (if necessary) for NEA
    • Analyse sales results and provide specific recommendations (by family, by line, by price segment etc.) for proper actions
    • Track sales performance of POS (boutiques and trade partners) on a daily basis
    • Monthly stock analysis (stock level, stock shortage, stock rotation etc.)
    • Market and competitors analysis
  • Sales Forecast
    • Provide sales forecast on defined days per week, monthly and yearly basis as per HQ and MD
    • Provide YTD sales report on mthly basis vs BU, LE and historical years
  • Business Presentation
    • Work closely with Managing Director on any specific projects
    • Support the development of business review and plan
    • Conduct and provide business presentation base on MD’s guidelines

 

Others

  • Taiwan
    • Manage NEA supply chain by supporting the stock management including supply, transfer, allocation for Taiwan
    • Develop and support local team for supply chain and operation management

 

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Solid ppt and data analytics skills, high flexibility to work in fast paced, changing environment, independent working style, creative and excellent communication skills to liaise with both internal and external parties
  • High data accuracy and fine to details
  • Proficiency in SAP and Excellent in Microsoft applications, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and good in Mandarin
