HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Reporting to the Retail Director, you will be in charge of the daily operation of the boutique – front and back office – with the aim to communicate the overall brand message in a successful manner to generate business for the Maison.
 

Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

Sales:

  • To achieve or surpass monthly and yearly sales targets
  • To respect the brand’s discount policy
  • Sales growth
  • Gaining market share

 

Management:

  • Boutique sales strategy
  • Boutique action plan (Result driven, monthly review and keep update, monitor and follow up the plan)
  • Team collaboration
  • To ensure proper attire, grooming and behavior in line with the brand’s guidelines
  • To comply operational procedures, provide by the Group
  • Lead by example & achieve team growth
  • To implement brand’s service strategy
  • To handle all customer’s enquiries and complaints

 

Customer Relations Management:

  • To treat customers according to brand’s standards
  • To build strong customer relationship and loyalty
  • To acquire a relevant customer database, convert into sales transaction and retain the customer for future transactions.
  • Organize internal boutique activations
  • Monitor & execute Boutique CRM program

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

To contribute in your team success you have/are:

  • Relevant work experience in Luxury Watch industry highly preferred
  • Proven track record in excellent boutique leadership with vision, strategic and powerful influence skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, highly self-initiated, well organized, good planner, able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Fast learner with good analytical minded and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
