You will have the opportunity to join the most exciting watchmaking house and a creative team.
Reporting to our International Retail Development Manager, you will provide support in the development and implementation of key retails initiatives, focusing on both quantitative and qualitative aspects.
Your tasks will include:
- Supporting the continuous improvement of the internal retail network by monitoring the execution of global processes and protocols to be deployed locally (challenges, visual merchandising, product pushes)
- Preparing several dashboards and conducting ad-hoc analysis (such as sales estimates, stock optimization, sales targets, retail trophies)
- Optimizing the training roadmap for the markets, defining the timeframe for the roll-out of the different workshops and scheduling sessions to best match local needs and specificities
- Taking the lead on key retail projects: morning briefs calendar, induction and onboarding tools, ...
- Taking part of the animation of the retail community (sharing best practices, inspirations) and being in contact with markets
You are passionate about and interested in luxury retail, with both creative and analytical skills.
You have a strong command of Microsoft Office especially Excel, and Powerpoint.
You are fluent in English and French.
You have a proactive and inquisitive attitude, are meticulous with strong priority management skills, and result-oriented.
Your interpersonal and communication skills will also be an asset in bringing your contacts together around your projects.
If you are doing this internship as part of your education, are able to provide an internship agreement and are available as of September 1st, 2024, for 6 months, fulfilling all the above criteria, you must apply and join our team!
