Regional Sales Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the development of the region: Switzerland, UK, France, Iberia, Italy, Benelux and Northern Europe
- Implement the Commercial (Retail & Wholesale) strategy defined by HQ
- Build, strengthen & develop our Point of Sales network in the region
- Manage and monitor the performance of our network’s Point of Sales
- Achieve sell-in and sell-out objectives as well as retail excellence
- Build strong partnerships with our local partners: Boutique Managers and wholesale partners
- Work together with the Marketing Team to Develop and implement local activities and participate in regional activations
- Identify business opportunities, discover new clientele and grow the client database
Retail Management
- Support and manage boutiques to achieve the sales target and Retail KPIs
- Develop Boutique action plans to boost sales
- Support event execution
- Assist for Boutique’s renovation, opening and closing, and related documents
Wholesale Management
- Oversee all aspects of the Wholesale strategy for the brand to achieve annual sales objectives.
- Monitor wholesale network by location, exploring opportunities, new accounts and closing as needed
- Implement the wholesale strategy by choosing appropriate retailers and coordinate its implementation and smooth coordination amongst different parties.
- Implement the model stock defined by the Maison and Develop the Sell-Out
Financial control & business reporting
- Monitor and report sales trends and competitors’ activities
- Monthly analysis of the performance of each POS (sell-in/sell-out/stock level/product mix
- Ensure quality and quantitative business reports to the Europe Managing Director
- Perform relevant reports and analysis (inventory, competitor, sales trends by product collection, etc.).
EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in retail and wholesale management
- Background in sales, luxury retail, banking, automotive, high-end hospitality or aviation industries
- Experience within luxury watches or high-end jewellery industries highly desirable
- Languages: English mandatory, French and German are a key advantage; any other European language is a plus
