You will have the opportunity to join the Brand Experience Design Team in the most exciting watchmaking house.

 

Reporting to our Scenography Designer, you will provide support in all areas of design from creation, planning and deploying creative concepts, to establishing protocols and creating databases.

 

Your tasks will include:

 

  • Actively participate in design meetings and assist with design for brand visibility requests (in store, pop ups, temporary POS)  

  • Curate materials library and cultivate relationships with suppliers to support Store Development and new boutique projects.  

  • Optimize existing tools for creative efficiencies and maintain online database platform for all POS. 

  • Creation of Visual Merchandising guidelines and follow-up of requests to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. 

  • Monitoring video and visual content in boutiques and exhibitions, align to brand aesthetic. 

  • Establishing protocols and processes related to the department to optimize efficiency  

 

You are passionate about and interested in design, marketing and communications, with skills in store exhibition and visual merchandising design and planning.

You have a good understanding of the activities involved in the design and development of shop concepts.

You have a good command of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite. Other design software is a plus.

You are fluent in English and French.

You have a proactive and inquisitive attitude, are creative, attentive to details, and results-oriented.

Your interpersonal and communication skills will also be an asset in bringing your contacts together around your projects.
