The Roger Dubuis Sales Associate is responsible for the achievement of the sales and customer serviceobjectives as specified by the brand. He is a Roger Dubuis Ambassador and must ensure that all Roger Dubuis customers have an exceptional & unique experience in the Roger Dubuis Boutique, by providing customer service to the highest standards.



Sales Turnover

• Achievement of sales turnover in the boutique, whilst respecting the sales objectives and strategies as set by the brand

Brand Ambassador

• Represent brand name and image both in and out of the boutique.
• Practices customer greetings in the boutique, over the phone, by mail or e-mail according to brand guidelines
• Responsible for the acquisition of qualitative customer data and the update of the customer database
• Development of customer loyalty by way of excellence in service and treatment

Participation in the Operation and Vitality of the Boutique

• Maintenance & upkeep of the boutique- quality of the displays and furnishings
• Cleanliness of the boutique
• Active participation in team meetings, contests, events, annual inventory counts, handling of the till and all daily operations as required
• To assist fellow sales associates during a sale- customer service, gift wrapping
• To perform any selectively entrusted task by the boutique manager or assistant manager – re-stocking, display maintenance, sales accessories follow-up & maintenance


• 2 to 4 years similar experience, preferably in luxury sales
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong customer service orientation
• Well-groomed and presentable
