HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

You will support the HR team in building data analytics dashboards on various HR topics which include various KPI’s, recruitment, cost of employees, etc.

 

Analytics & Controlling

 

  • Participate to the creation, improvement and monitoring of Power BI Dashboards for monthly follow-up
  • Participate to the customization of SAC Dashboards; SAP BW with relevant statistics and key indicators

 

Masterdata

 

  • Participate to the implementation of data quality reporting check for monthly follow-up and internal process when required

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

  • You are enrolled in a Master’s degree or equivalent (HEC, HEG, etc.)
  • You are comfortable with data analytics tool and really enjoy it daily
  • You are rigourous and analytical skills are part of your nature
  • You speak French as a mother tongue you are fluent in English
  • As a good listener, you are curious and brings a collaborative attitude
  • Excel has no secret for you
  • Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory
  • Available for a 6-month internship with starting date 01.03.2025
