A position of Trade Compliance Intern 100%, 6 months in

The Regulatory Team of The Group Product & Trade Compliance Department.

 

Context

The Regulatory Team provides regulatory intelligence and guidance to the business. We animate and train an international network of compliance managers. We communicate relevant information to the business for implementing regulatory changes. We help securing conformity across our supply chain, entities, and products on multiple topics: Products & Trade Compliance regulations (Customs, Free Trade Agreements, Trade in Protected Species, Product Safety, etc.).

                           

How will you make an impact?

During your internship you will support the Regulatory Team on various tasks:

  • Search regulatory information, analyze, summarize, and help to the production of guidance/trainings on Trade Compliance topics but not only (you may support on other compliance topics such as consumer protection),
  • Help to maintain a clean regulatory database (document management),
  • Support improvement of our internal website (SharePoint) navigability for our stakeholders,
  • Post major regulatory updates and publications on our internal communication tools,
  • Take minutes of our Monthly meetings and update our project dashboard

 

How will you experience success with us?

 

Mandatory

 

  • A University Degree (Master level) or equivalent.
  • a good general culture, you are intellectually curious and motivated to learn new capabilities based on the needs of the department.
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) skill.
  • Strong creativity and design skills.
  • a good energy, a positive attitude. You are adaptive to different people & environments.
  • a sense of immediate trust and credibility, an uncompromising integrity.
  • Self-starter that requires minimal direction. Works well in autonomy.
  • Fluent in French, working proficiency in English.

 

As an advantage

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint or blog/webpage design & management.
  • Experience in the following fields is a plus: Trade Compliance
