CONTEXT

 

Richemont international distribution is looking for a highly motivated intern who is willing to deep dive into a project for a 6-months mission to support the operational activities.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

This internship will allow you to participate in several phases of a project and your responsibilities will include the following:

 

Support the operation teams on a continuous improvement approach, by participating and leading initiatives such as: 

  • Problem solving initiatives on identified irritants.
  • Consumable restocking flow implementation.
  • On field visual management development.

 
Develop the monitoring and documentation of our operational processes and master data, to aim for a proactive identification of potential deviation from the standards.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? 

 

  • You are doing a Bachelor/Master degree or are recently graduated (Business or Engineering School) with a strong willingness to enter Project Management or supply chain.
  • You are familiar with the LEAN method and tools.
  • You are at ease with data manipulation (Excel, Power Query/BI…, SQL is a plus) and understand the impacts of the master data management on the daily operations.
  • You have a strong team spirit, you are proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated by problem solving and continuous improvement tasks. 
  • You have good attention to detail: accurate and highly observant on actions & tasks to be performed  
  • You have the ability to see the big picture and summarise.
  • You have good organizational skills: able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on feedback from the team.   
  • You are fluent in French and English.
