Group Transport Expert (H/F)

CONTEXT
As part of the Group Supply Chain Division, the Group Transport Expert supports the implementation of the transport strategy for the distribution of the Group’s products all over the world.
This role covers the group logistics activities across all regions, ensuring a collaborative and strategic partnership and communication with the various transport partners.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT ?
Working closely with our Group Strategic Transport Director, you will support the implementation of the transport strategy of the Group's products considering internal and external regulations.
You will support in identifying and anticipate evolving needs and priorities for transport development (new transportation means, schedule, additional distribution departures and returns, decarbonisation, etc.) and confirm the impacts (budgetary and operational).
Ensuring a business continuity plan for the distribution of products in collaboration with our partners and stakeholders as well as leading commercial discussions with our transport partners will also be part of your responsibilities.
As central point of contact, you will coordinate Business Reviews at a global and regional level with logistics partners and Group entities respectively responsible and support in collaboration with Central Operations and Regions, the Transport Best Practices to be deployed.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US ?
You have a proven expertise in transport, along with excellent knowledge of transport modes and its environment. Expertise in project management in an international and multi-profile environment is required.
You are a good communicator and have convincing interpersonal skills, with the ability to unify spirits. You have an excellent sense of priorities and are used to work in a stressful environment.
You are autonomous, organized, rigorous with a very good ability to find solutions in a changing environment. You will leverage your field experience to deliver concrete business impact and take accountability on results.
You hold a university degree or equivalent in logistics or sales, with at least 10 years of professional experience. You are proficient in English and French. Any other languages is an asset.
